Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cahyo Chat ("the Service"), provided by Cahyo Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cahyo Chat is a multi-channel customer messaging platform that enables businesses to manage conversations across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok from a unified inbox. The Service includes team collaboration tools, workflow automation, CRM features, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Each portal (workspace) is identified by a unique Portal ID.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok)
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Exceed messaging rate limits imposed by connected platforms

5. Messaging Platform Compliance

Cahyo Chat integrates with third-party messaging platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's policies:

  • WhatsApp: WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy
  • Meta (Messenger/Instagram): Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies
  • TikTok: TikTok for Business Terms and Business Messaging API policies

We are not liable for any suspension or restriction imposed by these platforms on your accounts.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process data only to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your contacts before sending messages.

7. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers Free, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cahyo Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
